The Short Version

Your health data stays on your device. We do not collect it, store it on our servers, sell it, or share it with anyone. Ever. The only data we process is what you enter into the app, and it is encrypted on your device using iOS Keychain (iPhone) or Android Keystore (Android).

2. How We Store Your Data

All health and personal profile data is stored encrypted on your device using Expo SecureStore, which uses iOS Keychain on iPhone and Android Keystore on Android devices. These are hardware-backed secure enclaves, the strongest available storage on each platform.

Non-sensitive app preferences (theme, notification settings) are stored in standard local storage (AsyncStorage) on your device.

We do not operate servers that store your personal data. There is no Apex Health database of users.

Apex Health is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, please contact us at privacy@apexhealth.app and we will assist in deleting any data.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
